We kicked things off by mapping user personas and journeys to understand spectrum of users. This painted a clear picture of their demographics, psychographics, needs, and wants. We evaluated the current solutions on the market to identify best practices and gaps. In a span of 2 months, we were able to conduct 50+ interviews!
Talking to the users made us realize that we had struck a gold mine of actionable ideas. There wasn't just a need for an all-in-one hiring solution, but the demand for it was palpable. Through a series of exercises in the strategy session, we were able to extract and refine the key pillars of the brand. This defined the brand’s personality: how it should look, sound, and act.
